Found a few campers online so my wife n I set up a date with Camping World. It was alot of fun for us. We were met by Dale he was a fun guy to bring us around to check out new and used. He was very knowledgeable in what he was showing us explaining the ins and outs of campers, the differences. And we found the camper that fit us best. Thx Dale. Sean the finance guy did a great job it was a very smooth transition getting us into what we wanted. Our tour was a nice experience as we're never owned a camper, had a lot told and shown to us on the operations. All and all my wife and I had a great time. We would recommend to others to stop in. Our personal experience was great. Thx very much to All involved from start to finish.

I never purchased a brand new camper before. When I decided to purchase, I chose Camping World and couldn’t have made a better choice. Special kudos to my salesman, Max. Max was very helpful, he found out what I was looking for and showed me a number of campers. He showed me the perfect camper which I bought. I couldn’t be happier with the experience. He made it very enjoyable. In addition, I worked with Autumn, in the retail section, and Roland in service. They, too, were very pleasant and enjoyable to work with. All in all it was a very good experience. If you’re looking for a camper, I would recommend Camping World in Eau Claire.

I rarely write public reviews, so the fact that I'm taking the time to do so speaks volumes about the level of frustration I have with this dealership. Probably one of the worst customer service experiences and purchases I have ever made. I purchased a Coleman 13B. The unit was set up inside the garage for my walkthrough, but the lighting was poor, making it difficult to properly inspect the trailer. The staff were very unknowledgeable about basics. I was essentially left on my own to figure out the trailer and learn how everything worked. Picking up the trailer also took much longer than expected, even though I had notified the salesperson well in advance that I was driving a long distance to pick it up. Once I got the trailer home and was able to inspect it more carefully, I found numerous issues that should not have been present on a trailer advertised as brand new. These included chips and scuff marks on the interior finishes and ceiling, a rattling A/C unit, a dent on the exterior, a damaged screen that had been poorly repaired, a door that doesn't latch properly, a bunk bed that rubs against the wall, and a leaking water tank. I called three different employees, and each o

This CampingWorld is fantastic!! The lady at the service desk was terrific!!! She was friendly, and listened to our situation patiently. She then connected us with the Service Manager and our generator problem was addressed immediately. We were on a road trip and needed the generator for multiple health related reasons. We couldn’t have asked for better service. Thank you, CampingWorld Eau Claire!!

We drove 2 hours just to come to camping world. Not one person approached us. All outside campers are closed and locked. You need a salesperson to see any of them. The campers inside are open but good luck getting service. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!
